Nuance released a newer product called Dragon Medical 360 Network Edition that can support the higher Citrix Receiver version 3.x. This program is a product of Nuance Communications, Inc. Commonly, this programs installer has the following filenames: natspeak.exe, schedmgr.exe, audio.exe, upgrade.exe and tagent.exe etc. We recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus. Nuance recommends to install Dragon NaturallySpeaking software directly on the client system instead of running it as a published application from a XenApp server (some users have reported success using the 12.3 Citrix Online Plug-in but it is not supported by Nuance). The most popular versions among Dragon NaturallySpeaking users are 13.0, 12.0 and 11.5. Nuance has officially stopped supporting the product in a Citrix environment because of the changes in the Citrix Online Plug-in 12.x and later versions.
